Key Responsibilities

  This is a hands-on role sitting within Demand Generation, responsible for both the infrastructure that powers our website and the organic growth outcomes it drives.

  As lead, you’ll be responsible for setting priorities, shaping what gets built, and making sure the site reflects where the brand and product are heading.

Requirements

• Someone with a known playbook for scaling organic growth + improving LLM visibility and citations
• A strong POV on scaling and improving website content + functionality leveraging AI
• Hands-on AB testing experience; you can build and run a testing program from day one without a lot of ramp time
• A strong ability to manage external vendors and developers without needing to write all the code yourself
• Strong analytical instincts; you track what you own and know when something is or isn't working.
• Deep fluency in AI tools and models, both as a growth channel and a leverage point for team productivity and impact
