Key Responsibilities

  You will be responsible for managing a team of personal lines agents as they interact with members via email, chat, and phone to provide guidance and help them through coverage conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance
• Proven experience managing a team
• Has strengths in hiring, coaching, performance management, and team member development
• Effectively manages time and resources within team, department and cross functionally
• Must have valid state active licenses in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized to meet deadlines on time
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
