About This Role

Manage and coordinate the delivery of renal services at the Level 6 Renal unit at Royal Hobart Hospital.

Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Lead and manage a team of nurses to achieve excellent patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.

Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs for nursing staff.

Monitor and report on unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field.
Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and skills in renal nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
