Both me and husband are in healthcare which means we are shift workers. Most of the time we would need siyter from 330-8pm or if my husband goes on night duty we would need help from 6pm to midnight, since my I would be out by 12mn. I also have an 11year old who is very independent and would help watch over her little sister. Bedtime would 830-9pm.
