Key Responsibilities

  • 1
    Get hands-on with a specific business area within Money and Growth, working directly with product, engineering, risk, or operations stakeholders on live priorities
  • 2
    Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
  • 3
    Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs
  • 4
    Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy
  • 5
    Develop analytical models, dashboards, and presentations to inform decision-making and influence business direction

Requirements

  • Experience or coursework in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and quantitative modeling techniques
  • Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners
  • Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2028
