Key Responsibilities
- 1Create excellent customer experiences
- 2Learn customer-centric sales skills
- 3Become an expert in Cloudflare’s product
- 4Team members have opportunities to move into roles across the organization, especially in mid-market sales, customer success, solutions engineering, and sales operations
- 5Own and meet target quota related to number of qualified opportunities, response SLA, value of sales pipeline, and revenue
- 6Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads
- 7Discover pain points and use case, map them to broad set of Cloudflare solutions and qualify for Enterprise sales opportunities
- 8Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs)
- 9Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC
- 10Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes
- 11Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit
- 12Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- 13Analytical, organization and time management skills
- 14Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 15Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 16Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity
- 17Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms
- 18Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- 19Minimum 1 years of experience in BDR or in a similar capacity in technology industry is preferred, specifically in SaaS will be a plus
- 20Experience in Outreach and Salesforce is a plus
