About This Role

Airbnb is seeking a Compensation Partner to serve as a dedicated compensation partner for the Technology organization, supporting VP and Director level tech leaders and their Talent Partners. This role will support compensation cycle execution, lead competitive intelligence, and develop benchmarking methodologies.
