Key Responsibilities

    Support critical business functions, such as monitoring order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management
  • 2
    Handle and troubleshoot complex customer escalations, supporting root-cause analysis and partnering with product teams to prioritize fixes
  • 3
    Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, translate operational needs into product requirements, and collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions
  • 4
    Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by providing feedback, testing new workflows, and partnering with engineering to ensure tools meet operational needs
  • 5
    Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and developing clear process documentation

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027/Summer 2028
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences
  • Operational and product-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Interest and passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products
