Key Responsibilities
- 1Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients, as a key point person for media plans and campaign operations
- 2Work to manage any custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered
- 3Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
- 4Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy
- 5Work with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns
- 6Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitch's site features and products
Requirements
- 4+ years of online media/planning experience
- Experience helping clients execute media campaigns
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and though the proper escalation process
- Works well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision
- Experience and comfortability working with technical product teams
