Key Responsibilities

  Lead and Develop a High-Performing and Engaged Team: Manage and mentor People Business Partners, ensuring their growth, continuous development, and success.

  Collaborate across the People Team: Partner with People Team COEs and People Business Partners to create and drive people initiatives that impact the business.

Requirements

• Strategic and Hands-On Expertise: Proven ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, including progressive HR experience in dynamic environments.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in using data to uncover trends, guide decisions, and implement impactful changes.
• HR Knowledge and Expertise: Strong understanding of key HR domains such as compensation, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion.
• Experience in a banking or tech company
