About This Role

Provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Support clients living with disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Down syndrome, to achieve their goals and maintain day-to-day wellbeing.

Help clients maintain their dignity and quality of life.

Assist clients with daily activities and provide person-centered support.

Empower clients to make their own decisions and take control of their lives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client support and progress.

A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification.
Experience working with people with disabilities, particularly those with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Down syndrome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic first aid and CPR skills.
