About This Role

Provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Assist clients with day-to-day activities to maintain their wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life.

Support clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Work with clients to develop and implement person-centered plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and support provided.

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Contribute to a safe and respectful environment for clients and colleagues.

A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic first aid and CPR skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
