About This Role

Mango Hill Tavern seeks an enthusiastic and hands-on Duty Manager to join its leadership team.

Manage daily operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe environment.

Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

3+ years of experience in a hospitality leadership role, preferably in a similar venue.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
