Key Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure and Technical Program Management teams to develop annual, monthly, and weekly operational investments and related infrastructure demand and financial forecasts

Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis

Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and grow OPEX and infrastructure forecasting, and reporting tools and processes

Champion and AI-First approach to Technology finance partnership — embedding AI tools into forecasting, metrics analysis, and finance decision-making to raise the bar for how Finance drives impact

Design usage prediction models for short and long-term resource capacity needs

Proactively identify risks and opportunities

Perform strategic, time-sensitive analysis and communicate key takeaways

Requirements

Experience with forecasting expenses, with a strong preference for prior experience managing technology infrastructure spending on public infrastructure cloud platforms and product offerings
Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and forecasting workflows, with a rigorous approach to validating outputs and maintaining critical ownership of final recommendations
Experience in managing multiple work-streams end-to-end along with working across multiple functions and teams
Expertise in building high-level and detailed financial models
Strong business partnership skills and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver against timelines
Entrepreneurial, flexible, and collaborative mindset
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of Finance or Business Operational experience in a fast-paced industry
We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
