Your mission Starting August 2026 and based in Stuttgart or Berlin, you'll join us as our Founders Associate, working directly with our CEO and COO to drive the most strategic initiatives across the company. You'll be the right hand on high-impact decisions, the operator behind cross-functional execution, and the connective tissue between leadership and the rest of the team. This role gives you visibility and ownership across product, GTM, operations, and finance from day one. It's a rare opportunity to shape how an AI-driven SaaS company operates from the inside, side by side with the founder

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) or an equivalent high-performance environment.
  • Sharp analytical thinker with structured problem-solving skills and a bias for action, you don't just frame the problem, you ship the solution.
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and tells the story behind the numbers.
  • Strong commercial instinct and genuine curiosity about how a B2B SaaS business actually runs.
  • Comfortable holding multiple workstreams in parallel, navigating ambiguity, and switching context without losing rigor.
  • Hands-on operator mindset: you bring clarity, ownership, and momentum to everything you touch.
  • Based in Stuttgart or Berlin.
  • Bonus: prior exposure to a startup, B2B SaaS, AI, or industrial/supply-chain context.
