About This Role
The Head of Sales will build a predictable, scalable, and high-integrity sales function that consistently converts qualified leads into successful customers. This role owns sales performance, sales systems and process design, team coaching and accountability, CRM integrity, and pipeline visibility. The Head of Sales will also work closely with Marketing, Product, and Coaching teams to align strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
