About This Role

Housekeeper Turn Down is responsible for building a memorable and unique guest experience by providing a clean room and a freshly made bed.

Turn down guest rooms to ensure a clean and inviting environment.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.

Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.

Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
