About This Role

FMG is seeking an Insurer Recovery Handler to join their Rapid Response team, handling customer service for motor insurance and vehicle recovery.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to motor insurance and vehicle recovery.

Work closely with leading UK insurers to ensure efficient recovery processes.

Maintain accurate records and reports of recovery activities.

Collaborate with the Rapid Response team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Previous experience in customer service, motor insurance, or the vehicle recovery industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends (1 in 8 on average).
