About This Role

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RNM3) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Postgraduate qualification in nursing leadership or management.
Proven experience in neonatal nursing leadership and management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
