About This Role

Registered Nurses provide clinical and care services to Home and Community clients across various practices.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet clients' needs.

Provide hands-on clinical care, including wound management and medication administration.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care.

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent.
Experience in aged care or home care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
