About This Role

The Salvation Army is seeking a Resident Support Worker to support people in need in communities across Canada and Bermuda.

Provide support and guidance to residents in a residential setting.

Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.

Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program plans.

Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Experience working in a residential setting or with vulnerable populations an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
