Key Responsibilities

    Track the entire PR lifecycle, collaborate closely with contributors, monitor review statuses, and manage merge queues to keep our integration pipeline moving fast
  • 2
    Conduct technical PR reviews for critical code touching sensor interfaces, robotics pipelines, ROS2 packages, and middleware-related integrations
  • 3
    Maintain branching strategy compliance, oversee issue tracking, handle tagging, lead release preparation, and champion ultimate repository hygiene
  • 4
    Monitor and maintain our build pipelines, troubleshoot failures, coordinate quick fixes, and support our Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure
  • 5
    Proactively identify interface mismatches, untangle dependency issues, and eliminate integration blockers across multi-functional teams
  • 6
    Apply your understanding of hardware-facing software, communication stacks, and deployment constraints to streamline reviews and coordination

Requirements

  • B.Sc . or M.Sc . in Robotics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in robotics software, system integration, or embedded software environments
  • Solid development skills in C++ within Linux environments (exposure to C or scripting languages is a great bonus)
  • Practical, hands-on experience with the ROS2 ecosystem and robotics software integration workflows
  • Deep familiarity with Git-based development, advanced PR review processes, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and automated build systems
  • A strong understanding of sensor integration, middleware concepts, distributed software systems, and standard robotics pipelines (perception, localization, control interfaces).
  • Understanding of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SPI, I2C, UART)
  • Prior exposure to Embedded systems or RTOS
  • Experience navigating and aligning goals within multi-team or cross-functional environments
