Key Responsibilities
- 1Track the entire PR lifecycle, collaborate closely with contributors, monitor review statuses, and manage merge queues to keep our integration pipeline moving fast
- 2Conduct technical PR reviews for critical code touching sensor interfaces, robotics pipelines, ROS2 packages, and middleware-related integrations
- 3Maintain branching strategy compliance, oversee issue tracking, handle tagging, lead release preparation, and champion ultimate repository hygiene
- 4Monitor and maintain our build pipelines, troubleshoot failures, coordinate quick fixes, and support our Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure
- 5Proactively identify interface mismatches, untangle dependency issues, and eliminate integration blockers across multi-functional teams
- 6Apply your understanding of hardware-facing software, communication stacks, and deployment constraints to streamline reviews and coordination
Requirements
- B.Sc . or M.Sc . in Robotics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in robotics software, system integration, or embedded software environments
- Solid development skills in C++ within Linux environments (exposure to C or scripting languages is a great bonus)
- Practical, hands-on experience with the ROS2 ecosystem and robotics software integration workflows
- Deep familiarity with Git-based development, advanced PR review processes, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and automated build systems
- A strong understanding of sensor integration, middleware concepts, distributed software systems, and standard robotics pipelines (perception, localization, control interfaces).
- Understanding of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SPI, I2C, UART)
- Prior exposure to Embedded systems or RTOS
- Experience navigating and aligning goals within multi-team or cross-functional environments
