Key Responsibilities
- 1Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for mobile gaming titles
- 2Drive user acquisition across key performance marketing channels
- 3Optimize app store presence and organic growth through ASO initiatives
- 4Plan and execute retention, CRM, and LiveOps activities to increase engagement and revenue
- 5Design and run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to improve conversion, monetization, and player retention
- 6Monitor, analyze, and report on key business and marketing KPIs
- 7Collaborate closely with Product, Game Design, Data, Creative, and CRM teams
- 8Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the mobile gaming industry
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing, ideally within mobile gaming or a comparable digital business
- Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving user growth through performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Solid understanding of mobile measurement, attribution, and app marketing tools
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and data-driven growth strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI analysis, experimentation, and reporting
- Good understanding of product development, user behavior, and monetization models
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience in Social Casino, Gaming, or Free-to-Play environments
- Familiarity with CRM and LiveOps platforms
- Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members
- Knowledge of SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
