About This Role

Join a major Defence infrastructure project and work alongside a leading commercial construction contractor as a Structures Site Supervisor.

Lead structural construction works on a high-profile Defence project in Wagga Wagga.

Work within a highly regulated Tier 1 construction environment.

Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.

Monitor and control site costs, resources, and personnel.

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Tier 1 construction environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols.
