About This Role
The Team Leader will join the Harbury Food Store, leading a team, driving performance, and building skills to progress into Store Management. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond a standard retail role and take real ownership. The position is part-time, working 16 hours per week, and can be done remotely. The Team Leader will be responsible for key areas of the store and will step up to run the operation in the absence of the Store Manager.
