Key Responsibilities

    Directly manage and nurture a named account list, and develop account plans to grow and expand business with SaaS platform startups
  • 2
    Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, and coordinate the right executive touchpoints
  • 3
    Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • 4
    Work with leaders across Engineering, Product, and Finance to lead complex product workshops and financial analysis
  • 5
    Lead complex, bespoke commercial and contractual negotiations
  • 6
    Contribute to our platform partnership strategy and help build repeatable processes and scalable engagement models
  • 7
    Collaborate on team projects to refine and improve our sales process
  • 8
    Partner with Product and Engineering teams to help inform product strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling a technical product, with a track record of strong performance
  • Proven experience moving sales opportunities from inception to close by leading complex, multi-party sales in a consultative manner
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to become a trusted resource for decision-makers across technology and finance functions within software companies
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and how Stripe’s solutions can address them
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong interest in technology and comfort using AI tools
  • Fluent in Italian and English
