Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, law, or public policy.
Proven experience in education project management and delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to design and deliver training programs, including adult learning principles.
Knowledge of NSW Fair Trading policies and procedures, or a willingness to learn.
