About This Role

Asana is seeking an AI Strategist to join a newly formed team bringing Asana Service Management to IT and service teams. This role is a unique hybrid of Customer Success Manager, implementation consultant, and product strategist. The AI Strategist will design, deploy, and scale AI workflows that transform business operations. The ideal candidate has experience in technical Customer Success, Implementation, or Management Consulting, with a strong understanding of IT and service team personas.
