About This Role

The Air Pricing Associate will be a foundational member of the team, learning all aspects of the trade, mastering Flexport's advanced technology systems, and working on the front-lines to ensure Client Solutions Teams have the right solutions and prices. This role will develop end-to-end pricing solutions for Flexport customers and execute the end-to-end creation and delivery of pricing solutions. The associate will work with cross-functional stakeholders to secure necessary procurement costs and ensure high integrity and accuracy of all rates stored in internal databases. The goal is to drive growth and profitability for the region while promoting a smooth supply chain. The associate will also identify opportunities to improve pricing strategies and increase profitability.
