Dein täglicher Verantwortungsbereich: Wir suchen für diese Rolle ein Person, die Application Support mit aktiver QA im Software Development verbindet. Die Rolle besteht zu 50 % aus Support und zu 50 % aus QA: Du unterstützt Nutzer:innen, Business-Kund:innen und interne Stakeholder bei Fragen und Problemen rund um unsere Web- und Mobile-Applikationen. Gleichzeitig prüfst du im Entwicklungsprozess umgesetzte Features, Bugfixes und Tickets, testest Acceptance Criteria und hilfst dabei, reale Fehlerbilder aus dem Betrieb in bessere Testabdeckung, stabilere Releases und eine bessere User Experience
