Key Responsibilities
- 1You manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace to maintain secure and reliable operations
- 2You design and build tools based on internal requirements to improve system functionality and efficiency
- 3You develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management processes
- 4You support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalations
- 5You review write and code, write clear documentation, and follow established engineering practices
Requirements
- You have experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer, typically with 3+ years in similar environments
- You have hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools
- You are familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini
- You have experience coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell
- You approach problems methodically, work well independently or with others, and focus on improving employee-facing systems
