Key Responsibilities

    Be responsible for ensuring your work satisfies internal KPIs and SLAs that demonstrate quality delivery

    Your team will: Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners such as ocean carriers, cartage partner, customs, and warehouses

    The Opportunity: Flexports’ Global Operations team is the front line team responsible for successfully managing our Customer’s supply chains end to end.

    On a day-to-day basis you will coordinate the supply chain operations within the ISC region.

    Lastly, this role will work very closely with peers and supervisors to problem solve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of global forwarding or related work experience
  • Growth mindset - always looking for ways to improve yourself and your work
  • 4+ years of industry experience in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or Warehousing is encouraged
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and planning skills, and process improvement in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google apps
