Key Responsibilities
- 1Support the documentation and maintenance of go-to-market policies and rules of engagement for the Field Sales team.
- 2Respond to policy questions and support the resolution of policy-related disputes through Salesforce Chatter, case requests, and the Sales Support Slack channel.
- 3Apply established policies carefully and identify questions that need escalation.
- 4Maintain accurate data, process documentation, and best practices for first-tier sales teams.
- 5Work with operations, strategy, sales compensation, and sales systems partners to support consistent processes.
- 6Identify documentation or process gaps and share them with the appropriate team members.
- 7Support policy updates and annual planning activities as business needs change.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience or familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
