Vicoland gives the professional services market a new dimension: Virtual Companies – “Vicos”. We invented Vicos as a new type of supplier, more efficient than traditional professional services firms (consultancies, system integrators, agencies etc.). On our AI- driven SaaS platform, freelance experts team up to form Vicos. AI agents integrate into these teams. The Vicos then act like real companies (e. g. consultancies or system integrators), competing successfully for large enterprise projects.

Already, 100+ Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like BASF, Miele, Siemens or Zeiss and many SMEs. They also serve leading professional services firms as subcontractors, including Accenture, Infosys and Roland Berger. Forbes and Forrester have named Vicoland as a leading force transforming the market.

Key Responsibilities

    Position Vicoland with enterprise clients as the strategic alternative to traditional professional services models.
  • 2
    Question established sourcing models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes.
  • 3
    Plan and implement mixed human / AI offers by Vicos.
  • 4
    Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific client contexts.
  • 5
    Build thought leadership through events and LinkedIn presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in professional services – e. g. in consulting, system integration, or in sales roles for complex products.
  • Consultative selling capacity: you can win complex enterprise deals by advising, not pitching.
  • Challenger mindset: you shape how clients and the market at large think about professional services sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
  • AI-affinity: you actively use AI tools and understand the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services.
  • Entrepreneurial energy – you are drawn to building markets, not administering existing ones. Own entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading teams or practices – you have managed people, not just projects.
  • Strong academic background, fast career progression, proven commercial impact.
  • Fluent in German and English (DACH is our home market, while we expand internationally).
  • Network power: you have and build valuable relationships easily.
