Key Responsibilities

    Reach out to potential clients via email and social media to introduce them to our Proven track record in a sales or business development role, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or a fast-paced B2B environment
  • 2
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
  • 3
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • 4
    Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities to ensure accurate records
  • 5
    Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights and feedback from client interactions and discuss progress towards goalsunique Gen Z recruiting approach.
  • 6

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to reach out cold and follow up consistently
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and log activity accurately
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a hunger to hit and exceed goals
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
