Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics CRM, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Erfahrung mit der Microsoft Power Platform und Power Apps
  • Fähigkeit, kleinere Anpassungen und Automatisierungen eigenständig umzusetzen (Low-Code / No-Code)
  • Gutes Verständnis für E-Commerce-Prozesse, Customer Journey und datengetriebenes Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen
  • Grundverständnis für Datenmodelle (z. B. Dataverse), Schnittstellen und Systemarchitekturen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsstärke und Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
