Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• You have 2–4 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a strategy and operations role at a technology company
• You have a track record of driving cross-functional projects independently, from scoping through to delivery
• You move naturally between operational detail and strategic framing, writing a sharp requirements brief and running a stakeholder alignment session are equally comfortable for you
• You are hands-on technically, comfortable building analytical models and shipping lightweight prototypes without needing engineering support
• You communicate with clarity and directness in both English and German, written and spoken (C1/C2 in both)
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and in close proximity to senior leadership — experience working directly with founders or executives in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus
• You take ownership seriously and hold yourself to a high standard: when something lands on your plate, it gets done excellently
• You have a genuine interest in how AI is changing the ways of working
