About This Role

Asana is seeking a CX Enablement Partner to lead high-impact initiatives that empower the Customer Experience organization to leverage AI and emerging technologies. This role will partner with CX leadership to translate corporate AI goals into actionable plans, driving world-class customer value. The role is based in the Chicago office with a hybrid schedule. The CX Enablement Partner will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex CX AI enablement initiatives and drive the evolution of the CX Customer Journey.
