About This Role

Asana is seeking a CX Enablement Partner to lead high-impact initiatives that empower the Customer Experience organization to leverage AI and emerging technologies. This role will partner with CX leadership to drive world-class customer value and operational excellence. The position is fully remote and critical to evolving the customer journey. The CX Enablement Partner will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex CX AI enablement initiatives and drive the evolution of the CX Customer Journey. This role requires experience in AI Enablement and leading cross-functional initiatives.
