Key Responsibilities

  Manage and mentor a professional services team consisting of 9 client-facing Data Specialists.

  Ensure the team delivers top quality services to Watershed’s customers, bringing rigor, expertise, and speed to every data transformation and customer interaction.

  Drive day-to-day team operations , helping the team prioritize work, manage escalations, and remove blockers.

  Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data to inform decisions and integrating the latest innovations in AI tooling in order to raise the quality and efficiency of our services.

  Engage in capacity planning and staffing , ensuring we can meet customer demand and developing long-term plans for team growth and development

  Be an early leader in our Mexico City office. You will exemplify our operating principles, set the standard for high-quality services delivery, and build cultural norms.
