Key Responsibilities

  • 2
Create compelling content: Develop engaging written and video resources tailored to governmental needs, including guidance on design systems, collaboration, and modern delivery practices
  • 3
Inspire community connections: Build meaningful relationships across the Figma community with a focus on public sector, govtech, and civic design practitioners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and shared learning
  • 4
Speak and engage at events: Represent Figma at relevant industry events, conferences, briefings, and Figma community programs, sharing practical, real-world insights
  • 5
Champion user voices: Surface feedback, constraints, and emerging needs from government and regulated customers, advocating internally to inform product direction, prioritization, and improvements

  • Passion for engaging with the design community—especially in govtech or civic spaces—and confidence presenting to audiences ranging from small stakeholders to large industry groups
