About the role We are hiring for a Director of Creative Operations and Production to lead how our in-house creative team operates and scales. In this role, you’ll build the systems, processes, and resourcing models that enable our creatives to do their best work—while ensuring we deliver high-quality output efficiently across all marketing channels. You’ll sit at the center of Creative and Marketing, helping us move faster, stay organized, and bring our brand to life in a consistent, impactful way. Key Responsibilities
- 1Implement and scale an end-to-end creative operations model with clear visibility into utilization, capacity, and velocity
- 2Establish and optimize tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- 3Lead quarterly creative resourcing planning with senior leadership to align output with business priorities
- 4Develop data-driven reporting and visualization frameworks that clearly communicate team capacity, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and value creation to senior stakeholders
- 5Orchestrate internal and external creative resources, ensuring seamless workflows from intake to delivery
- 6Streamline complex processes to enable high-velocity, high-quality creative production
- 7Manage and optimize the brand OPEX budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
- 8Oversee external agency partnerships to deliver work on time and within budget
- 9Lead and develop a high-performing Creative Ops & Production team, driving prioritization and execution excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or similar within a fast-paced tech company and/or agency
- 7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Proven experience building and scaling creative operations processes (in-house or agency)
- Strong experience managing large production budgets and resource planning
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational rigor across creative workflows, tools, and systems
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions
