Requirements

  • Strong expertise in paid media, CRM/lifecycle, referrals, and owned channels, with a track record of improving acquisition efficiency and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in gig economy, marketplace, or three/two-sided platform businesses.
  • Familiarity with budget optimization models, attribution tools, or CRM automation platforms.
  • The Global Marketing team at Wolt is seeking an experienced growth marketer to lead our Courier Marketing function across Lifecycle/CRM, Paid Media, and Product Marketing, while also driving forecasting and goal-setting in close partnership with our Supply and Operations teams.
