Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of carrier relations specialists across LATAM, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and region-aware culture.

Sales Alignment & Demand Strategy: Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to analyze market trends, understand customer demand, and co-develop country-specific supply strategies tailored to individual LATAM markets.

Carrier/Supply Partnerships & Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with regional and local carriers and other suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions, expand coverage, and optimize service delivery.

Regulatory & Market Intelligence: Navigate complex local telecommunications regulations and upcoming policy changes to proactively adapt Twilio's supply strategy and maintain strict compliance across all LATAM territories.

Performance & KPI Management: Implement and monitor localized KPIs to assess supplier performance, route quality, and cost efficiency in alignment with regional business goals.

Operational Execution: Act as an escalation point to resolve regional carrier/supplier service issues, minimizing operational disruption and maintaining high service reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Familiarity with core communication protocols and standards (e.g., SS7, ISUP, MAP, SIP).
