Key Responsibilities

    Role Overview The Director of People Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and transforming how HR services are delivered to employees globally.

    Reporting directly to the VP, Employee & Manager Experience, you will own the front-line support services and operational frameworks that empower our workforce.

    You will be tasked with building and restructuring a high-performing People Operations team, modernizing our HR tech stack through automation and AI, and ensuring flawless service delivery.

    As we evolve our HR delivery model, you will play a critical role in implementing agentic support (Okta 1) and ensuring our People Business Partners can focus on strategic initiatives by providing reliable, scalable, and intuitive foundational HR services.
