Requirements

Managed engineering teams working on growth, conversion, retention, or other consumer product problems
Experience running experimentation programs, including test design, analysis, and iterating on results
Strong track record of partnering with Product, Design, and Data to drive data-informed decisions
Experience hiring and growing engineers in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
A bias toward ownership and action over process
