Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or growth product (ideally both)
  • Expertise in paid marketing, download attribution, and acquisition funnel optimization .
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, analytics tools, and web management best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of user journeys and activation levers, able to connect top-of-funnel data to in-app behavior, identify drop-off points, and translate insights into experiments that drive retention and subscription conversion.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and workflows to improve speed, output quality, and decision-making across growth initiatives.
  • Collaborative communicator , capable of bridging growth, marketing, and product disciplines.
  • Working proficiency in English; German is a strong plus.
