ai-coustics is building the reliability layer for Voice AI, the system that closes the gap between raw audio input and reliable machine understanding in production. Key Responsibilities
- 1Define and own ai-coustics' marketing strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, ICP, category narrative, and marketing plan tied to revenue and pipeline goals
- 2Build, lead and develop the marketing team (currently Growth & Content Marketer, Video Specialist, plus agency partners) and shape the org as we scale
- 3Drive B2B demand generation across paid, GEO, lifecycle and partnerships, with clear ownership of pipeline contribution
- 4Lead product marketing: launches, positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and launch materials
- 5Own developer marketing in collaboration with DevRel and Engineering: documentation narrative, developer content, community presence, and ecosystem partnerships (LiveKit, voice AI platforms)
- 6Set the content and editorial strategy across blog, case studies, technical guides, video, and thought leadership, ensuring everything is on-brand, technically credible, and built to perform
- 7Run brand and category-building activities: events, PR, analyst relations, founder thought leadership, and flagship moments that establish ai-coustics as the reliability layer for Voice AI
- 8Operate the marketing stack and reporting: instrument the funnel, set OKRs
- 9Manage budget, agency relationships, and vendor selection with discipline; integrate AI tools natively across the team's workflow
- 10Partner with Sales/GTM on pipeline coverage and partner with the CEO on fundraising narrative and investor-facing materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Proven track record building and scaling marketing functions from early stage through Series A/B, ideally in developer tools, audio, or technical SaaS
- Demonstrated ownership of a full-funnel demand gen engine with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
- Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers, with a strong point of view on developer-first content, community, and ecosystem motions
- Strong product marketing instincts: you've led launches, sharpened positioning in noisy categories, and built sales enablement that closes deals
- Excellent writer and editor; able to set the voice for the company and personally craft the highest-stakes narratives (launches, decks, exec briefings)
- Hands-on with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MA, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, attribution tooling)
- Experience hiring, coaching, and structuring small but high-leverage marketing teams; comfortable being both a builder and a player-coach
- Strong cross-functional operator: works fluently with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the CEO, and can hold their own in technical conversations
- Bonus: experience with Voice AI, speech, audio, real-time communications, or adjacent infra categories; experience supporting fundraising and investor / analyst relations
