About the role We’re hiring a Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science to use advanced science to estimate the incrementality of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing and to improve their performance. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead high-impact growth initiatives through the use of media mix modeling, experimentation and quasi-experimentation, and predictive modeling. You will play a role in defining how we estimate incrementality and how we improve performance. Requirements

A strong orientation toward business impact — you ensure insights lead to measurable business results
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
PhD in statistics, economics, or similar social science with emphasis on quantitative methods
5+ years of experience in applied science roles, with deep expertise in predictive modeling and causal inference; Experience in FinTech and in Marketing strongly preferred
Advanced skills in SQL and Python or R. Experience in use of AI to accelerate and improve end-to-end process
