Key Responsibilities

    Manage a team of SDRs, driving career ladder growth through effective mentoring and coaching

    Ensure team sales goals are reached and exceeded

    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to execute on world-class inbound & outbound sales processes

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of success in a sales development/closing role
  • Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to gauge success
  • Experience with Sales Tech Stack (Salesloft, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesforce)
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
